an amazing maldives experience

I spent seven nights at this resort. the staff was genuinely friendly! they smiled often. the main restaurant included a lot of asian and indian food options. i enjoyed the various à la carte restaurants. The food was amazing!!!

the food and service at olives and wine were acceptable. heshan was attentive, and guna also provided good service.

the watersport diving team was rude and unprofessional. a staff member responded inappropriately when i asked about safety during snorkeling. he snatched our snorkeling kits and told us to leave. i complained, but the resort did not take action or provide any feedback.

the beach was quite nice and offered good facilities.

the dated rooms had old, smelly bathrooms (i found leaking taps). management seemed focused on money over customer comfort. the quality of food didn't match the high prices. it reminded me of a shocking and pompous experience.
